WHITE DIAMOND INDUSTRIES LIMITED was originally incorporated as a private limited company on 19th March 1990 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. It was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company with effect from 21st September 1994 in terms of the resolution passed in the general meeting of the Company held on 25th August 1994. The Company commenced operations by installing a Laser Sawing Machine in Mumbai for undertaking job work of kerfing of rough diamonds.The Company is currently engaged in the activities of Manufacturing, Trading, Import and Export of Rough and Cut and Polished Diamonds. The management of the Company is vested with the Board of Directors. The day to day affairs of the Company are looked after after by Shri Rameshchandra P.
